"I was with Kathy Crim for many years and she was AMAZING. When my account was transferred to Kathy's office, she called and introduced herself and the team. Kathy reached out on a regular basis to check in. ZERO communication from Carmel or her team since Kathy retired. When I reached out to find out what needs to be done to add another person to my policy it took Carmel's office almost THREE DAYS to return my call. And it gets even worse - on Feb 26, I happened to look at my online account and noticed a car was added to my policy that I don't own and they removed my Accord from my policy. When I called Carmel's office, I was told "Corporate" replaced the vehicle on the policy and there was no record of who completed the transaction. They escalated the change "to corporate". Now almost 9 days later, the car is still on my account and I am being billed on my policy for the new car. WHY I'm even more FRUSTRATED - I called State Farm Customer Service line on March 7th and it turns out that the person who added/issued the policy change to my account was in Carmel's office. The people in her office are covering their mistakes by blaming it on corporate!!!! Thank goodness Customer Service is available. I have ZERO TRUST in what I am being told from Carmel's office!!!"

Our approach is to assist customers promptly when they reach out to us, which is why I was concerned to learn that your calls and messages were not being received properly. Once you brought this to our attention, I worked closely with the company to correct the phone message system issue, which has now been resolved. Regarding the policy changes, please understand that while we do our best to submit and process your requests quickly, the final updates are handled by the company and can sometimes take additional time. I have also coached my team to focus on one customer at a time to ensure accuracy and to clearly communicate the process and timelines with each customer, so there are no surprises. We value the trust you placed in Kathy Crim’s office over the years, and we are committed to providing you with the same level of care and service. "Nicole Urdiales from Carmel Curiel Larios' office called me this morning to let me know that they hadn't received the certificate of my completion of the AARP Mature Driver Improvement Course. I've been taking the course for many years, which gives me a discount on my auto insurance. It needs to be taken every three years, and she was concerned that I didn't do it this time. I had completed the course and apparently sent a copy to the wrong email address. I've been with State Farm since the 1960s. I had the same agent in Berkeley until changing to an agent in Sonoma County a few years ago. Than agent retired and my account was moved to Carmel Curiel Larios' office. The previous two were good, but they're by far the most attentive to my insurance policies. Thank you for keeping track of my policies, Nicole!"

"Nichole was friendly toned and quickly transferred me to Jenny Flores. Jenny flores was bright, intellegent, softly humorous at appropriate times, she read the room well, gave efficient information in an understandable manner slowing down the density of information and breaking it down in laymen's terms. Ps the questions below asking about whether i decided to go with state farm don't give the option for assessing other companies to price check. I didn't get full coverage today so didn't pay out any money...I can say the price I was quoted is in line with my current insurance company. Though this company offers towing to nearest...spots..for a dollar and a quarter more a month roughly which my company does not.
