"I had a really bad experience with another agent at a different office, I called this office and was lucky enough to interact with Daniel. Daniel handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and kindness. He worked within my budget while making sure I had the coverage I needed. I never felt like I was being sold, it felt like I was being educated on the different coverages but I was always in the drivers seat. I was on the phone with him for close to an hour and he was patient with me every step of the way. I upgraded from regular auto coverage to a health policy because of his service. He’s an amazing representation of a great insurance agent and what you can expect when you interact with Carmel Larios’ office and State Farm. #teamdaniel"

"I am so impressed with how Nicole handles my account. Besides notifying me of any premium increases, she even calls when premiums go down! "I was with Kathy Crim for many years and she was AMAZING. When my account was transferred to Kathy's office, she called and introduced herself and the team. Kathy reached out on a regular basis to check in. ZERO communication from Carmel or her team since Kathy retired. When I reached out to find out what needs to be done to add another person to my policy it took Carmel's office almost THREE DAYS to return my call. And it gets even worse - on Feb 26, I happened to look at my online account and noticed a car was added to my policy that I don't own and they removed my Accord from my policy. When I called Carmel's office, I was told "Corporate" replaced the vehicle on the policy and there was no record of who completed the transaction. They escalated the change "to corporate". Now almost 9 days later, the car is still on my account and I am being billed on my policy for the new car. WHY I'm even more FRUSTRATED - I called State Farm Customer Service line on March 7th and it turns out that the person who added/issued the policy change to my account was in Carmel's office. The people in her office are covering their mistakes by blaming it on corporate!!!! Thank goodness Customer Service is available. I have ZERO TRUST in what I am being told from Carmel's office!!!"

I completely understand how important clear and timely communication is, especially when it comes to your insurance policy. To clarify, I am temporarily assigned as the servicing agent for Kathy Crim’s book and am not authorized to solicit or initiate contact with customers. Our approach is to assist customers promptly when they reach out to us, which is why I was concerned to learn that your calls and messages were not being received properly. Once you brought this to our attention, I worked closely with the company to correct the phone message system issue, which has now been resolved. Regarding the policy changes, please understand that while we do our best to submit and process your requests quickly, the final updates are handled by the company and can sometimes take additional time. I have also coached my team to focus on one customer at a time to ensure accuracy and to clearly communicate the process and timelines with each customer, so there are no surprises. We value the trust you placed in Kathy Crim’s office over the years, and we are committed to providing you with the same level of care and service. If you have any remaining questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out directly, and I will do my best to assist you. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
