"Awful experience. They have ZERO communication between each other. Every time I called I had to explain who I was and why I was calling. Even then my questions were ignored, as someone else was responsible - then nothing. No call no email. Also, they were rude! I have never met nor been able to access the branch manager, Carmen. I have been with State Farm since for 35 years. All of my agents were great. Kathy Crim was my agent for the past 13 years. She was a gem, she knew who you were, what you needed and was always always available and her staff was wonderful. Unfortunately for all of us, she retired. I will be looking for another agent."

"Most horrible experience I ever had with State Farm!! I been a member for over 10yrs with home, life, and auto insurance. My auto insurance policy was canceled without any notification from my agent. I made multiple payments within a month thinking maybe it didn't go through and was reassured by Erica that my auto is fine, and so to double check I called and asked again before a family road trip because I didn't see coverage on my app, and was reassured a 2nd time by Erica my auto was fine. Fast forward a month later the auto still doesn't appear on my app so I called in today to find out it's not active and been canceled. The level of how furious this makes me is through the roof knowing I jeopardized my family on a trip being misguided twice by this agency. The lack of communication and still no notification from the office indicating my insurance was canceled. The branch manager Carmen is never available for you to speak with. I wouldn't waste my time here if you're looking for a good branch. This location will not no longer have my business. I worked with Kathy Crim for years and her service was phenomenal but she had since retired. Best of luck and hope this help someone make a wise decision before selecting a office to work with. Literally the first negative review I ever left for a business.. not my usual thing but I am pretty hot over this."
